We want you to be able to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery, providing your purchased Spinnaker is:
- In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached
- In its original packaging supplied with the purchase
To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking here. One of our representatives will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will be issued a return authorisation number which must be enclosed within the shipment that will be sent back. If you return the shipment without a return authorisation number provided, it will not be accepted and processed.
Spinnaker does not take responsibility for the loss of any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of the return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product.
Once we receive your returned order, we will verify the product and packaging as being unworn and undamaged. Once confirmed, we will issue you a refund deducting a restocking fee of US $30.
If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged, we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.
