Straight out of the package I tried the internal bezel as this was the main feature why I wanted this dive watch. I turned and turned the top crown and the bezel would not rotate. I immediately requested to return the item. Be advised that Spinnaker requires you to send them a video of what's wrong with the watch before sending you a return label. I thought my word description to them was good enough (I turn the top crown and the internal bezel does not rotate)...I guess they want to make sure I'm not turning the bottom crown thinking it rotates the bezel? Anyway, I was told once my watch was received back, a "replacement" would be sent to me. My returned watch was received back at Spinnaker (Ohio office) 6 days ago. I've emailed twice for the status of my replacement with no response yet. I hope they're not trying to fix the watch I sent them and return it to me. I paid for a new watch, not a refurbished one.

We'd like to clarify that our customer support team normally requests for photos or videos so that an investigation about your reported problem can be initiated right away with the product team before your faulty watch is received for a physical inspection. This is especially important as we have teams/offices located in various parts of the world, and some of our return/collection points are operated by third-party service providers (such as the Ohio warehouse). Normally, we would process replacements within 3-5 business days from when the returned watch is received at one of our international warehouses. Unfortunately, there were slight delays in processing returns especially in the middle of the busy holiday season in the US. We're sorry for the inconvenience. We just confirmed that your returned parcel was received last Dec. 11th and was processed Dec. 17th. Your replacement watch is queued for shipping in the next 12-24 hours and we will provide you with the tracking details for this once the replacement is shipped out. Please rest assured that a brand new watch is on its way to you. Should you have questions in the meantime, please let us know.
Absolutely amazing watch! The build quality is just great, fantastic texturised dial, amazing bracelet. The inner rotating bezel rotates nicely and smoothly without any play, and there is enough of resistance on the crown to keep the bezel in place, without a risk of rotating it accidentally - so you can boil your eggs with a peace of mind :-P Honestly, the watch looks much more expensive, that the price tag suggests.
The beauty and the quality on your wrist. My Expectations were met perfectly. The watch is nicely heavy,with nice detailed dail. I thought it might feel little bit too thick, but actually feels really great. And the rice beats bracelet is really beautiful. Thank you, I love my Spinnaker. E.
