Each timepiece in the Spinnaker x The Dial Artist collection features a forged carbon fiber bezel with green luminous accents, symbolizing the Aurora Borealis. The hand-painted carbon fiber dial, infused with blue luminous compound, captures the essence of both the night sky and the ocean’s depths. Unique details like the exhibition case back showcasing The Dial Artist's logo, fluorescent keepers, and a paintbrush-tipped seconds hand blend artistic vision with horological precision, making each watch a wearable masterpiece.
Meet The Dial Artist: Chris Alexander
Renowned British artist Chris Alexander, based in Scotland, draws inspiration from his vibrant South African childhood, street art, pop culture, and abstract expressionism. With over 20 years in the creative industry and a Master’s in Design from Gray’s School of Art, Chris founded The Dial Artist in 2017. His work, celebrated for its rich color and life, blends contemporary art with horological precision, creating unique, wearable masterpieces.
